Date: 20 April 2004 08:22 am (UTC)I'm actually going to start researching it this summer. I'm going to be ordering wads and wads of microfilm from the Center for Research Libraries in Chicago (my university is a member of that handy little institution, which has just hundreds of newspapers from all over the world on microfilm) and wading through them during the evenings and weekends when I'm not working.
