To continue the Canadian theme -- am dragging BF to see the Tragically Hip tomorrow night at the Astoria in central London. Good and good.

In other news, the observation went well. Although I didn't get the top possible rating (me = overachiever), I did apparently really impress the fellow doing the observation to such a degree that he went out of his way to tell my head of department that I was awesome.

If things go the way they are currently going, than I probably will still be here. Although I really miss Canada, I do love it here. You should come and pre-living-here visit. You can stay with me and we can do tourist things and have fun. And then you can come back and live here for ever! And we can do MORE tourist things and have fun ALL THE TIME!

It is a great plan. Say yes.

In other news, thank you very much for the "yays omg bf," which really is how I like to say it to him. (And I have. And, because he is great and also a geek, he understands what I am saying and takes it as the compliment it is.)

I would rather have you here and quiet than totally gone. Stay around, please, for I would miss you if you left forever.
