The very, very good news is that my school is going to support me through getting my QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) this year.
Yay!
The less fantastic news is that one of the Assistant Heads of my school is going to come in to observe me next week...with a class that is lowish ability and highish behaviour problems.
Yay.
Will keep appraised.
