Sister remains the coolest person on the planet. Off to Rome today. Still no sign of my damn phone -- we are going to stick our heads in to my classroom this morning before heading off to check to see if it's there, but I don't hold out much hope.

This would be much easier if the phone's battery hadn't clearly died somewhere around the first day. When I call the phone, the answering service picks up right away.

Deeply annoying.
