in_steadAccomplished today so far:
- talked to father, newly back from trip to Cuba. sounded amazing.
- swam laps, which I have been avoiding doing for months. remembered that I, in fact, love swimming. also broke in new-for-Christmas bathing suit.
-read better part of trashy romance novel.
- set up new internet service, which so far is GRATE.
- ripped out the chord for the old internet service.
- cleaned up after the ripping out process.
Have not accomplished today so far (but need to do omg):
- WRITTEN DRAFT OF STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS FOR DOCTORAL APPLICATION DUE NEXT WEEK OMG.
- see above.
- see above.
- worked on Dr.P's research.
- eaten lunch.
If I have not done all of the second list by tonight, you must all box me firmly about the ears and tell me my priorities are in an appalling state.
