Mmm, Boxing Day. I think it's possibly even better than Christmas, because there are loads of lovely leftovers to eat (without any of the effort of having to cook first!) and time to play with the lovely presents from yesterday.

I am currently enjoying some quality time with my new Kindle (woot! woot!). Anyone have any Kindle recommendations/tips/tricks to share?

Happy Humbug to you!

You have probably already been pointed towards Calibre but if not down load it immediately! It's the one-stop ebook management software. It's free and fabulous! You can email ebooks to your free kindle email address from within it! You can batch convert! You can share you books! It make Kindle ownership so much easier.

A-ha! I did not know about this. This sounds excellent as I've found trying to navigate otherwise to be a bit of a pain in the backside. Thank you!

Thank you! I've been insufferable since Christmas as I ignore everyone so I can read my Kindle. I've obviously regressed back to teenage hood as I now reply with grunts and whine everytime I have to go do things with my parents... ;)

It really is the must-have kindle accessory! I love it and use it all the time to convert and upload and sort my fannish stuff to my kindle.

Also, did you know you can upload .pdf files? I have loads of my knitting patterns on my kindle which is hugely useful when I am out and about and have knitting time available. :)
