15 February 2005 09:27 amHaving had only three hours of sleep last night = okay.
Being unable to find the pants I wanted to wear today = okay.
Having forgotten to put the water in when I made coffee this morning = THE DEAL BREAKER OMG.
I don't care if I'm out of time. I'm having coffee before I go. And may I just say that I think it's entirely unreasonable to expect me to be alert enough to work the coffee maker before I've had any coffee? It's a flaw in the system, to be sure.
In other news, I seem to be on an insomnia jag. I've been getting, at best, four hours a night for the past two and a half weeks. I'm beginning to wonder if I maybe have some kind of insomniac's version of SAD -- it seems to me that every year around this time I start having trouble sleeping.
So, like, there you go.
eta: omg am so tiiiiiiiiiiiiired i don't wanna help the students today i just want to go back to bed whose idea was tuesday, anyway, omg?!?!KMSD;flkjasdfkljasd;f.sad.
